Is anyone out there?

It is impossible to get hold of this company! My order was supposed to have been received on 1 Oct. You go on website with your weigh bill no and it just says force majeur but no ability to contact. Phoned two branches and no one answered. Even opted for the call me back - no one called the whole day!!!
