Inefficient Dawn Wing and Loot

They did not verify the delivery address of my parcel I ordered in March. We are in lockdown. So addresses would obviously need to change. Very inefficient of them. Loot not responding to my emails since Friday 15th. Even worse. And Dawn Wing trying to deliver to empty office AFTER I had changed my address to residential on their website. Zero customer service from both companies
