Incredibly unprofessional

This company is horrible! They delivered my important package to THE WRONG PERSON and WRONG ADDRESS. I now don’t know where my package is or who in the world its with. They let a random stranger sign for it and not me. They had my number to call but did not call me before delivery as I had asked to have done. I have emailed multiple times without a response and phoned multiple times and waited 20 minutes with NO answer. I would like to take things to further because this is disgraceful. I will not be using this company again.
