I placed an order with SESLI TEXTILES PTY LTD and I was notified that my order will be delivered to me on 29/07/2021. I didn't hear anything from the company so I called on 30/07/2021 @ 8:22 am to find out the status of my order. I was told that they will escalate my issue and I will get a call back to confirm my delivery. On 02/08/2021 I called and spoke to Bonita at 13:49pm and she told me that I should get my parcel delivered today on 03/08/2021. Again I believed what she was telling me. Still no word from the company about my order . Today I spoke to Zale a very rude *********** person, she told me about a backlog and when I informed her that since last week Thursday why was I only told today about a backlog she belittled me trying to tell me what a backlog is as if I don't know what the word means. I got frustrated and she hung up without having the decency to calm me down and assure me that I will get my order. I must say I am very disappointed in the service of Dawn Wing. All I want is my parcel that's all. I want answers and not stupid remarks
