*********** people with horrible service. Would not recommend them to my greatest enemy.

I couriered a watch for repairs. The company said it will be delivered in 2-3 business days. It is now 7 days later, the last update I could get after calling them more than 10 times is they do not know where my parcel is. After confirming that I still have not heard back from them and when calling I am bounced to person to person and no one knows what to do.

Frustrated is not the correct word at the moment. They have a very laid back attitude about the matter however.

Will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
