Made an order on loot.co.za on 22-09-2021, got a notification for delivery form the company on 28-09-2021. When the courier had arrived he had forgotten my package and told me that he'd be right back. This morning I receive a message stating that I weren't present for delivery and that I had to phone them for the incompetence of their driver. This is unacceptable.
