I am so furious with this company. They make promises which they don't keep just to vet rid of you. I received confirmation of them that they will deliver my package ( a router ) before 11 on Friday 13 th May. In line with their confirmation I scheduled with my fibre co. to to connect me to the fibre and I needed the router. Past 11 am there was still no sign of the router. I send a message and asked them to phone me back which they did not do. I then phoned them and the phone was put down in my ear. I phoned again and the lady spoke to the driver and he rep**** he could not find the address. I explained to her that I really need the router as the company is coming to install the router. She spoke to the driver again and he said he will bring the package just now. I am still waiting. At around 5 pm they sent a message to tell me they will only deliver on Monday. I am furious as the whole process have to start again. I will never make use of this *********** company. A Swanepoel.
