Dawn was sent to out to collect my damaged item. The driver was waiting for me at reception. I told him the item was in the car and I needed to get it. He said he would wait. I came back and this ***** decides to leave. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for these Idiots to come collect this and they top it off with *********** service.
