I have just gotten off the phone with a consultant at their Call centre. This lady 1stly, sounded like she didn't know what was going on. Secondly, she got irritated with me when I voiced my frustration due to their *********** service. 3rdly, she transferred me to a nunber that doesn't exist. I have almost always had problems with Dawn Wing, but this is now the last straw. If I could, I would not use Dawn Wing for any deliveries again. I've had various other courier companies the past year and everything has been hassle-free and satisfactory.
