I tracked my parcel online and it showed that parcel is going to be delivered on 13 August. No parcel has been delivered. I phoned on Monday - lady said it is going to be delivered on Monday. She is going to make a note that driver must phone me before delivery. Haven't heard anything from them. Phoned again today only to be told that the driver couldn't get hold of me. Big fat lie - no miss call on my phone and no one was at my address. Still waiting. Wonder if I am ever going to get my parcel.

Company that is full of promises and no service!!!
