The last two online shopping experiences I've had delivered via Dawn Wing have been terrible. A wine delivery of three boxes took over two weeks to arrive from Cape Town (5-7 days is normal), and then took another 4 days to get from the Randburg depot to me, with the three boxes first arriving in bits and pieces, and finally arriving together with the packaging in ********** state (fortunately no internal damages, miraculously). Then again a delivery from a clothing retailer this week fails to arrive with an SMS being sent indicating an address error - for the same address as the previous delivery which arrived, as well as which every other courier manages to deliver to, no phone calls or "live" issue resolve. Then it took a bit of forceful persuasion to get the delivery done the next day. Relative to other courier services used by online retailers, Dawn Wing is way below the standard.
