Worst service. They lie to their customers. They withhold information and change the status of delivery to whatever suits them. My parcel has been out for delivery for the past 2 days everyday different excuses. In the morning when you call They will lie and say the driver is on his way and should be there by a set time which happens to never be true. Very frustrating and unprofessional . Their call centre agents are the worst to deal with. Please never use this company for your courier needs.
