*********** and unprofessional service

I usually get really good service from Dawn Wing, but this time, it was so pathetic that all the other good times couldn't even cancel out the bad experience. Their driver **** and updated my delivery status incorrectly twice saying that I wasn't available. I've literally been home for the past week. Today will be the 3rd day since I received the initial sms to tell me my parcel will be delivered. The agents aren't very helpful either because no one is resolving anything. Be sure not to receive my service anymore. This is seriously failure to live up to your mission.
