*********** agents & poor service from DawnWing

I am writing about the terrible service I'm receiving from Dawn Wing. I've been waiting for my parcel since the 11th and have called in a several times spoke to Heather & Nomvula on the 11th all of them promised that the parcel will be delivered the next day and they also made incorrect delivery address excuse. Shantal & Leizel also made the incorrect delivery address excuse. Leizel promised to send an email to their stupid and useless WestRand branch to make sure my parcel is delivered today the 14th,when i called her for an update i was told she was busy on the line and will call me back and as expected she did not call. My RS*** has all my contact details, question is why when their *********** drivers get lost they don't call their clients for directions. My parcel was re-directed to the NorthWest and I'm based in Gauteng clearly someone is not doing their job here GP & NW are two different alphabets.Useless courier company , I won't be using this company anymore and will also inform my friends and family not to do business with as their are useless and ***********.
