The most useless courier company operating in South Africa. Why online retailers continue to use them is absolutely beyond me. This is the 3rd time in a row a delivery was promised and “out on delivery” only to never arrive and then they have the f…….g cheek to send me an SMS this morning that they cannot deliver today either as I need to make a booking!!! ***??!! Since when do I have to make a booking for delivery of an online purchase??? This organisation is *********** and I would highly recommend that retailers stop using them. This is such a mess that I’m just going to get Dawn Wing to return to retailer for a full refund.
