Incompetence Service Provider

Ordered a parcel of Mrs Milk lactation cookies. Three weeks later my cookies are not delivered and i'm sure wherever they are they are quiet stale and of no use to me now.

I've been calling this company everyday for the past three weeks and if they are not giving excuses, they keep me holding for over 20 minutes at a go to offer me no solution.

At this point i'm driving on my way to whatever other office they dropped my parcel off at to pick it up myself.

If small businesses like Mrs Milk value their businesses, they wouldnt use the like of this courier company because i am sure not buying from any other provider affiliated to these ones.

Such incompetence is beyond me.
