Incompetence by DawnWing Logistics

I bought a birthday gift for my wife via Makro online service.It was handed to the courier company on the 25th April.I was supposed to receive the parcel by 29 April latest according to their call centre.My parcel was mixed up with someone's and got delivered at the wrong address.Luckily the lady that received the parcel saw my contacts and called me to collect the parcel.I later called Dawn Wing to check what's going on and they told me my delivery was scheduled for the following day...I am still waiting for my delivery.Their parcel tracking system is not updated.
