Incompetence at Dawn wing

I have been waiting for my parcel for weeks. The drivers Vusi Ndlovu are *********** and don't even call or make arrangements for delivery. This company just arrange on their on and then delivers without consulting. I did even call their line multiple times and they made no effort to help me. I have been without network for days due to their incompetence and its like nobody cares.
