Impatient Delivery Driver

First of all, my “17:00 pm” delivery came late. Second, he called my apartments gate, I opened up asking him to give me 5 minutes as I was getting dressed, because I had no heads up that he was coming! As I go outside, he is gone! Left without warning! I am furious! It was a special delivery I paid extra money for, and now, with an impatient driver, I don’t have my parcel on the day that I was available!
