Immediate response, great service and with a smile

I placed an order from a different company that did their courier through Dawn Wing, when i logged into the website to track my parcel i realized that they had no street address and that my parcel was delivered to JHB instead of CPT<br> <br> I emailed Priscilla and got a speedy response and a huge apology (although the problem was the postal code which was inputted incorrectly from MY side) she also said that she would sort it out and have the parcel redirected. <br> <br> i had my parcel in my hands the very next morning.<br> <br> This country lacks good customer service so to come across someone who has gone the extra mile and followed up with me continuously is just really lovely. <br> <br> i hope that whoever sees this lets her manager know that she is incredible!
