I'm angry dawn wing service is pathetic

wow I have never received such pathetic service ever my oder was shipped on the 10 to Durban but till today haven't received my order and I call them they keep telling me it coming but nothing,I'm so tired of waiting for them almost two weeks is over I'm soo mad ..i understand it lock down but this is not on
