If I could Give Zero Stars I would

I must say after only two weeks with Dawnwing I am horrified at how badly things are run. I honestly did not think anyone could be worse than The Courier Guy but you exceeded my expectations.

I also strongly feel that you should not be a Takealot preferred courier as you guys obviously do not even understand the number one rule, no deliveries will be accepted without a booking!

After charging me a same day delivery fee of R333 for a failed Takealot delivery (because there was no booking), you then proceeded to book and deliver the next day anyway. I was still charged R333.

Also, though I have sent numerous emails complaining about this and another same day charge on a delivery that I cancelled, I have yet to receive a response.

Please be so kind as to close my account immediately. And rest assured that I will not be paying any amounts that may be outstanding.
