I will never recommend any body

I will never in recommend anyone to Dawn Wing, my parcel was dispatched on the 16 November 2015 from the JHB branch and supposed to be delivered to me on the 17 November 2015, 17 November the driver was at my house and never called to say he was there, only phoned when he got back to the office. I TOLD HIM NOT TO DELIVER MY PARCEL BETWEEN 11:30 and 14:30 AS I WAS NOT HOME. I phoned today 18 November 2015 @12:00and was told that someone will phone back , phoned again @ 14:30 and was told my parcel was put in the problem bin, they have to allocated it to the a new driver. I think this is very bad service and would not use DAWN WING Ever again.
