I WANT MY PACKAGE

Had a order placed , delivery is through dawn wing. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks almost for this package I’ve called in multiple times this week with promises of receiving my package latest Friday . Upon calling customer service today the customer care agent had nothing to say but “ we have a backlog “ and literally dropped the line . Highly unprofessional. my package was meant to be delivered by the 02/08 it’s going for a 2 week delay . An apology would even help a little but at this point I would have to cancel my order because before you know it the package can’t be found .

Pathetic, I’d never recommend. But definitely recommend they get new staff with competency and more hands on so there is no delay . The unrest is done but we still have issues like this .
