I paid for a service that was offered to me for FREEE - Dawn Wing.

I ordered a product from Adidas for overnight shipping but it was 2 days late. when I reached out to Adidas, they informed me the package is with there courier partners and should have already arrived. Adidas offered an apology on there behalf but I wasn't having it. They have the stones to just arrive at my place and just drop of the package after I had requested to talk to one of there representatives. I will be seeking a full refund from Adidas if I don't get contacted about this issue. Which means, I will be returning there product.
