I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM ANY OTHER COURIER

I have had the most horrible service, the driver (Raees Fisher) did not even wait for 3mins for me to go at the front desk at work to take my parcel and he had already left and the communication link was not working. The call center lady says they cannot even promise I will get my parcels soon. what type of service is that???
