I am so annoyed with dawn wing services

I received a message in Tuesday the 25 August about my parcel which they stated that it is out for delivery.They phoned me later as to confirm my availability and address which i pointed that they can deliver the parcel to the office still but to one of my collegues since I was away to the doctor. Then since that day I never go a response till I had to phone the lady again which i spoke to earlier that I have not received the parcel then she said she did not receive the message that they can drop it to my workplace. Since then i never received any communication from dawn wing.I phoned their office 021 number no response i had to hold the line for longer. I resorted on changing the delivery address to my home adress using their link which they have sent to me.But still no response
