I am sick of this Siphelo Manzi

I have been experiencing bad service from Siphelo Manzi working for Dawn Wing. It is an unfortunate that he is always the only courier guy who delivers my parcels sent through Dawn Wing.

This guy is rude, he has no way of speaking to me. He thinks he knows me just because I am a woman and black. The first time he called he said he was unable to locate my address and I said he can leave it at the police station. Ever since then he's been making it a norm to leave my parcels at the police station as if i reside there. He does not even notify me. I have to check online if the parcel has been delivered and if so, then I must go check at the police station.

I always buy online and the other companies courier guys never struggle to locate my address, even if I google or navigate it myself i find it.

Siphelo Manzi deliver my parcels at the provided address and the next time I will not make means to go fetch my parcels at the police station and hold you responsible for the loss. I have lodged a complaint on the Dawn Wing website, but nothing was done.
