How are you still in business??

<p>Ordered a package from overseas almost 2 weeks ago, got them to courier it. Their local courier partner is dawn wing. Got an email on Friday stating that they need to complete a customs draft entry. Rep**** with a request for information. No response. Called yesterday, was told all information would be supp**** by yesterday guaranteed. Still no response by midday today. </p> <p>So my package is sitting at customs coz dawn wing employees are too damn lazy to do their job. </p> <p> </p>
