HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??

I called them on TUESDAY to warn them that I was not available for a delivery on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I WARNED THEM! They told me they couldn't assist. I then EMAILED THEM on Wednesday and Thursday - when I saw that their ''tracking'' system said I was NO CONTACTABLE. THEY DON'T HAVE MY NUMBER, AS Loot didn't give it to them. That aside, STILL NO REPLY TO THE EMAILS. I finally got through to Dawn Wing - totally uncaring. I HOPE to get my delivery on MONDAY - MAYBE.
