Horrific service

This has been the most horrific servcie I have received. I have called countless times for the tracking of my parcel but receive NO assistance at all. NO ONE can tell me where my parcel is and no one can tell me why it has not been delivered?

I bought shoes for my cousin for her Matric farewell and now the delivery is late! I will NEVER use DAWN WING again.
