Horrific Dawn wing courier experience

OFT1T***5 My order was supposed to be delivered on 28 December before 5, after countless phone calls to the very clueless call center agents namely, Yvette, Dullan,Ribone, none of these people could explain WHERE MY ORDER IS. They keep promising to get back to me but never do. It’s so heart sore how we spend money on our items but have to struggle to get delivery. Please NEVER EVER USE DAWN WING as a courier service, they are pathetic and don’t communicate if there’s delays. Lesson learnt as I’m still waiting for my order. MRP PLEASE CHANGE YOUR COURIER, dawn wing is useless and so are the agents!!!
