Horrific Customer Service

I have made a purchase 2 weeks ago at MAC Cosmetics. MAC Cosmetics charged for transportation fee Via Dawn Wing, BUT Dawn Wing CAN’T even do what they SPECIALIZE in... to transport goods and service. Even their employees are not helpful, I do not know why hire people that cannot do their JOB!!! It is frustrating!!! When i call they tell me my products are on their way and later I am told my products are in the warehouse or I am told they could not find me, but I had no MISSED CALLSS, no entry within my residential! Just wasting customers minutes and time by not doing your JOB!! I even offered to fetch my order at their Pretoria branch, BUT they still want to charge me??? Please DAWNWING, exit the logistic market to companies that can do the JOB, since you cant goods and services!!!
