HORRIBLE SERVICE - YOU ARE *******

I am horribly disappointed in your awful service! No one is getting back to me after numerous attempts of call backs and emails. My parcel was collected by you on the 21st and has yet to be delivered. I paid for an over night express and now?? now you happily took my money and not delivering my parcel, you are in other words ******* and I will not let this go. No one is getting back to me after numerous emails and call me backs. The pathetic agent who quoted me also gave me a waybill number that's not working!
