Horrible service providers

I have been waiting for my parcel since Monday March,29 instead I receive a message that I was not available whereas I was at home the whole day awaiting this delivery. I called the call center and they promised that the parcel will be delivered before 6pm, did they deliver? No! Did they communicate No! I had to call in again on Tuesday, let me tell you my parcel has been delivered to an incorrect address. I had to call again to try and rectify this mess!!!!
