HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am so irritated that Dawn Wing gives customers the option to have a call back BUT THEY NEVER CALL. I have even tried to email them and the email is returned.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for a parcel to be collected, all I want to know is did I do something wrong on the waybill and when are they going to collect.. its not become a pretty URGENT collection.
