Horrible service

Absolutely worst ever courier. My parcel was ordered on 29 November already. I phoned Dawn Wing on Friday 6 December and asked where my delivery was, they told me after I gave them the correct address that the parcel will be delivered on Monday 9 December, nothing was delivered as promised. I again phoned on 10 December, they again said the parcel will be delivered the same day, but again another lie. No parcel was delivered. The are lying all the way & when call again they the lost my parcel.. wonder if they even have the parcel. Absolutely horrific service, will definitely not recommend them for anything
