HORRIBLE SERVICE BY Dawn Wing

We should have a black dot for horrible service providers such as Dawn Wing. They've been hogging my parcel and sending it up and down since Monday. I called them and they told me it was sent to pretoria. I asked them to rectify that as i had clearly put on a midrand post code. It's now Thursday and i've literally spoken to die hele lot there and they're useless, my query is still not resolved and my parcel is still stuck in Pretoria though i've been calling for 3 days. Pretorian driver CALLS AGAIN but tells me he unfortunately doesn't deliver to midrand. I've had all the useless callcenter agents "escalating" the matter and raising numerous tickets and there's no resolution still. I'm told to wait for Friday, the same response i got tuesday to wait for Wednesday. I CANNOT WAIT ANY LONGER this is a birthday gift that needs to be in Limpopo early Friday morning. HORRIBLE, USELESS ORGANISATION AND ALL IT'S EMPLOYEES!!!!
