HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am so disgusted in this company it is my 4th call to this people to track my delivery they cannot provide me with feedback I'm on hold now for 7mins she didnt take my ref number nothing. I have paid them for delivery and they cannot provide this service. Their service is appalling they keep saying we will call you back my thinking is that there is something wrong and they are not bothered to actually tell me what's happening.

Horrible, I bought a washing machine on the 20th and until today, I received an SMS it's out for delivery on 23rd March but no one is actually saying what's wrong.
