Horrible service all round

Wow, I am shocked. This company needs a whole new everything.. the driver couldnt find our house or was just lazy, and then said it was the wrong address. Even though the address was perfect and we have received countless packages from them before. I tried to speak to two different ladies in the call centre and both of them put the receiver down in my ear. This is the worst customer service ever. ***********, lazy and rude.
