Horrible service

Dawn wing is useless and the people from the call centre arent helpful at all. They updated my parcel as delivered yet they captured everything wrong. I called and spoke to Amber and Dylan who just weren't so helpful. Dylan said I should expect feedback in an hour but it's been 5 hours nothing. I don't know what I am supposed to do to get help
