Horrible service
Absolutely worst ever courier. My parcel was ordered on 29 November already. I phoned Dawn Wing on Friday 6 December and asked where my delivery was, they told me after I gave them the correct address that the parcel will be delivered on Monday 9 December, nothing was delivered as promised. I again phoned on 10 December, they again said the parcel will be delivered the same day, but again another lie. No parcel was delivered. The are lying all the way, wonder if they even have the parcel. Absolutely horrific service, will definitely not recommend them for anything

11 Dec 2019, 06:48This morning again I phoned only to be told the package came back but there is no reason on their system as to why it came back to them. Again for the forth time I gave them contact details. Why I don't know because they don't even bother to phone. This courier service it the worst ever. Never ever ever will I make use of them. Be warned!!!
