Horrible Service

My parcel is out for delivery since 16 March 2020, before the national lockdown was implemented, I've called multiple times, sent multiple emails, every time, I'm promised delivery tomorrow, tomorrow seems to never come!! Spoke to a "complaints" department, guy named Norman promised to call me back, he never did! Twice in fact, I called him, the 2nd time he was unavailable. I am a independent distributor of NuSkin products and the success of my business relies a great deal on the reliability of the courier service, I really can't expect return customers with such sucky service.
