Horrible service

I received an sms on the 21st of December that my order will be delivered on the day. Late afternoon i phoned to find out where my parcel was and was told that it was not dispatched - so why send an sms to say i should be available to collect parcel? When i phoned i was told they will reschedule for Monday the 24th of December and i asked them that i will come through and wait for it the morning of the 27th of December but after 12pm - nothing, no tracking updates even on the website. Did a live chat with an agent who then told me he will book it for tomorrow - like seriously guys, you are wasting my time. So so so disappointed
