HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am so upset about your service, I've been trying to contact you but the consultant choose to drop the phone while holding as the Track and Trace are not picking up the phone. I called on Friday enquiring about my parcel they said they try to contact me but I haven't receive anything not even a missed call. The consultant I spoke to said I will receive my parcel today (Monday) but nothing from you. l'm so upset about your service, now its like wasting time and money for calling you.
