horrible, pathetic service

<p>parcel : UA ********** 00 is with DAWNWING from the morning. no delivery still. when i called, a useless agent answered and tells me to collect because they cannot deliver.she was rude on top of it and coudnt even work her own system, saying its blank and cant tell me what and exception is. my stuff id with you from the morning, why hell can they not deliver? i want my stuff today.</p>
