Horrible experience

The courier guy came to my office without notifying me that he is there he leaves and says that I was not available. When I call them a consultant by the name of Denver was so rude and of no help besides try and that me that the courier doesn’t have to call when he arrives I guess I had to stay outside the office and wait for him
