Horrible Delivery Service

My mom has been waiting for her parcel to be delivered to her for 2 weeks now. The drivers always call her to say they are on their way but they never make it. The worse part is they deliver in her "area" only Mondays and Tuesdays, so now because they decided not to come yesterday, she needs to wait another week? And her service provider has already debited her for a product she does not even have because Dawn Wing just does not want to deliver it. Can you please have her parcel delivered as soon as possible? This is outrageous.
