Horrible Customer Service. In face, Useless.

Horrible customer service, no one responds to my emails about my parcel that has a status of "Dawn Wing Will contact you". Its been 11 days now and still havent recieved my parcell. They dont pick up phone calls and their email address now all of a sudden doesnt exist. Useless.
