HORRIBLE COURIER SERVICES

I am utterly disappointed by the delivery guy who has been appointed to deliver my parcel,

I hope this e-mail reach’s the right people within Dawn wing to investigate.

Last night while attending my daughter’s graduation, the delivery person calls me around 07:35pm to ask whether he can deliver.

I responded by saying yes and asked him what time he will be at my place, to which he responded in 10 minutes time.

I rushed from the school back to my place to wait for the delivery, the guy never pitched and didn’t have the decency to apologies or to notify me that he would not be coming anymore.

I ended missing my daughter’s graduation just to wait for this level of unprofessionalism which was a “no show”…

Furthermore, the unprofessionalism continues earlier this morning where this person has the audacity to update the delivery status to “ couldn’t not be delivered” and then instructs me to write an e-mail to Dpd querries.

I am infuriated by the lack of accountability and deception displayed by dawn wing’s delivery guy, hopefully he will be taken to task.

I had to miss my daughter’s graduation and to top it off they make it seem like I was unavailable so now I must wait even longer for my parcel.

I suggest you deliver my parcel today for the latest before I escalate it to the necessary bodies for investigation.

The amount and parcel may be insignificant to you, but I had to miss my daughter’s important moment just for you not to show up and later on turn around and say I was unavailable.

This is LOW coming from Dawn Wing, supposedly a well-established courier.

In principle this is dismal, and I look forward to your prompt response hereto.
